Summary:
We will be comparing the three different vortex mixers: the classic Mini Vortex Mixer, the Triangle Mini Vortex Mixer, and the Laboratory Vortex Mixer. All these vortex mixers are made to the highest quality standards and are perfect for a variety of purposes such as mixing tattoo ink, acrylic paint, cosmetics, nail polish and solvents.
Mini Orbital Vortex Mixer:
To start, we are going to look at the original Mini Orbital Vortex Mixer. It is compact, light and powerful. It has a 3000 rpm stir speed, with a 30W motor power. The original Mini Vortex Mixer is able to efficiently mix a maximum of 30mL of liquid in seconds while being relatively quiet with a 60hz operating frequency. It is the smallest vortex mixer of the three, measuring at 0.55kg and a 10cm diameter. The original Mini Vortex Mixer uses touch mode mixing, meaning all you have to do is apply even pressure to the mixer to start it, and remove the pressure to stop the mixing. It also has four patented foot pads on the bottom for stability while mixing. It comes in 4 different colours.
Mini Triangle Vortex Mixer:
The Triangle Mini Vortex Mixer is similar to the original Mini Vortex Mixer as it is also compact, light and powerful. The Triangle Mini Vortex Mixer has a faster stir speed, landing at 6500 rpm and a 90W motor power. It is able to mix a slightly larger amount of liquid, with a max liquid capacity of 50mL. The Triangle Mini Vortex Mixer has a new and improved low noise function, making it quieter than the orginal Mini Vortex Mixer. It is slighly larger and heavier than the orginal, with a 16cm diameter and weighing around 1kg. Similarly to the original, the Triangle Mini Vortex Mixer uses touch mode mixing, meaning all you have to do is press your product into the mixer and it will begin mixing. It also has four patented foot pads on the bottom to stabilize the mixer while in use. It comes in two different colours.
Scientific Laboratory Vortex Mixer:
The Laboratory Vortex Mixer is larger than the other two vortex mixers. The machine itself is made from sturdy iron and aluminum casting, with four suction cups at the bottom for stability. It also has a 3000 rpm stir speed, like the original Mini Vortex Mixer, and a 30W motor power. Similarly, to the Triangle Mini Vortex Mixer, the Laboratory Vortex Mixer has a larger maximum liquid capacity at 50mL. The biggest difference is the touch mode and continuous mode that can be found with the Laboratory Vortex Mixer, with an adjustable stir speed using the dial on the front of the machine.
